Prepaid vs Cash on Delivery (COD)

Prepaid orders are processed and dispatched faster. COD orders may experience delays due to courier verification and handling procedures. For a smoother and quicker delivery experience, we strongly recommend opting for prepaid payment.

Delivery Attempts & RTO Policy

Our courier partners make up to 6 delivery attempts. If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer-related reasons such as: Incorrect or incomplete address Incorrect phone number Unavailability at the time of delivery Refusal to accept delivery A reshipment fee of ₹100 will be applicable. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
